2nd International Nano and Hybrid Coatings Conference
"Developments of the Minute"
Bedford Hotel, Brussels, 7-8 March, 2007
Conference Overview
Contents
Scope of the Conference
This two day conference will cover all aspects of the use of nanotechnology in
coatings, together with the latest developments in Organic-Inorganic hybrid coatings.
The current high interest in nano and hybrid coatings technology is driven by the
potential to innovate with new materials, demonstrating a new range of performance
benefits. It could prove unwise to neglect this area, which is moving beyond the stage of
showing scientific interest, to delivering commercial pay-offs.
Purpose of the Conference
The main purpose of the conference is to bring together experts in the
fields of nano and hybrid coatings technology as related to coatings
applications, with those seeking to learn more about the current state-of-
the-art and future potential growth. The stimulating atmosphere of the
conference also provides an ideal opportunity to interact with professionals
with similar interests and to establish new relationships on a global basis.
Who should attend
The conference is important for technical staff at academic institutions,
raw material suppliers and coatings technologists and formulators, to keep
abreast with technical developments in their field. It is also of high value
for those involved in technical-market analysis to determine the
opportunities and threats, which these new technologies may pose to their
organisations' financial health.
